 Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering/Business or advanced Degree in Business/Management/Marketing or its equivalent. 
• 10 years sales and marketing experience with a manufacturer of capital goods sold through dealer networks, preferably agricultural equipment and poultry related based.
• Experience in technical product sales, knowledge of production agriculture, distribution, and marketing would be an advantaged.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with credibility in dealing with Director level prospects and clients.   
• Willing to travel outstation and overseas extensively.

SALES MANAGER (Based in Indonesia)                                                                                             

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Engineering or Major in Science.

• Sales experience in poultry equipment, agriculture or related industries will be an added advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Self motivated, proactive and willing to learn.

• Willing to travel outstation extensively.

GROUP ACCOUNTANT (Based in Prai, Penang)                                                                           

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent preferable with professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA.

• At least 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting.

• Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

• Possess good analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

• Good Initiative. Highly motivated & resourceful. Aggressive with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Liaison with Auditors, Bank Negara Malaysia, Government Agencies on all financial statement requirements.

• Experience in KLSE & Bursa Public Listing will be advantages.

• Familiar with the reporting standards and requirements of a public listed company will be advantages.

• Has the leadership skill to set direction, monitor, motivate and manage a team. 

 Job Responsibilities:

• To effectively manage the overall warehouse management and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse operations.
• To ensure a good inventory management system, carrying out stock count as per company guidelines, integrity of stock inventory, as well as analysis and problem solving with regards to inventory discrepancies.
• To develop and maintain procedures and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and distribution activities.

• To establish, monitoring and maintaining quality control system.

• Perform incoming, in process and outgoing inspection if required and identify critical points in the manufacturing process and supplier process.

• Coordinate the corrective action and preventive measures with production, engineering, marketing and purchasing to ensure effectiveness

• Liaise with local and oversea suppliers on quality issues and process.

• Design pre-fabricated steel building based on BS Codes.

• Prepared structure costing and quotation.
• Check building specifications, tender drawing, fabrication drawing, Bill of Material and Installation drawings.

• Candidates must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical or relevant.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in steel structure/steel building

• Knowledge in Steel Building Design is advantages.

• Candidates without above academic qualifications but with relevant years of drafting experience are also encouraged to apply.

SENIOR DRAFTSMAN (Based in Bukit Minyak, Penang)

• Candidates must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Construction, building technology or relevant.

• Minimum 3 years working experience in steel structure/steel building.

• Knowledge in AutoCAD drafting and basic engineering design is advantages.
