Sales Manager / Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and marketing of the company’s range of products by maintaining existing customers and developing new accounts.
- Order taking, price quotations, liaison with customers on pre-production requirements and to provide all necessary information to ensure goods are produced according to customers’ specifications & delivery on time.
- Handle customers’ complaints and provide solutions to customers.
- Build good relationship and provide value added service and support to dealers and customers.
- Provide market feedback on customers’ developments, competitors’ activities, pricing and market information to management on regular basis.
- Carry out product presentation to new customers
- Develop sales plan to achieve sales target set by the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Engineering or Major in Science.
- Sales experience in poultry equipment, agriculture or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply even working experience is not necessary as intensive training will be provided.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Malay and Chinese.
- Self motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
- Willing to travel outstation and overseas extensively.
- Training will be provided

Field technical Support
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the equipment installation and training.
- Identify the root cause of the customer’s complaint on the equipment failure
- Provide technical support to customers at site
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electronic and Electrical/Physics from any recognized colleagues.
- 2, 3 years working experience will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
- Willing to travel extensively within Asia Pacific region for minimum stay 1-2 weeks per trip.
- Training will be provided
- Attractive allowance will be provided for outstation trips.

Product Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To design new product and responsible for whole development process which includes component or material sourcing and follow up until final stage.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years engineering design experience in sheetmetal \ Plastic products
- Expert in using AutoCAD or Pro/Engineer

Production Planner
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all manufacturing planning and scheduling activities are carried out efficiently to meet all customer deliveries on time.
- Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate input and output per the available capacity and demands.
- Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate delivery of products to satisfy customer demands.
- Manage and monitor production line Work-In-Process (WIP) materials.
- Provide delivery commit to customer with respect to committed cycle time.
- Release schedule to production and track plan vs actual.
- Meet company objectives with regard to cost, quality and delivery
- Responsible and accountable for materials planning and production planning.
- Prepare monthly report on productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Industrial / materials planning / other related field.
- Min 2 years of working experience in production planning & scheduling in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Possess hands-on experience in production/material planning and specializing in Manufacturing / Production Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Analytical, energetic and effective in problem solving with a sense of urgency.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

| Customer Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize workflow into cells to track appropriate data and insure backlog of issues is minimized.
- Identifies and communicates suggestions for work improvements.
- Uses technical/analytical abilities to assure existing work practices are the most efficient and cost effective possible.
- Works with both internal and external customers to develop solutions which meet company-wide needs and objectives.
- Applies a sense of urgency to resolve problems or create opportunities that will increase productivity and create value.
- Coordinating all external and internal communications and records related to maintaining high-touch relationships with our customers.
- Coordinating the interactions between Customer Service, Manufacturing and Sales with regard to understanding and meeting each customer's expectations.
Requirement:
- Able to handle basic customer enquiries and complaints by providing effective and efficient response and resolution
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people from various technical and business backgrounds and at all levels

Web / Multimedia Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design & create web based or multimedia based layout, graphic, animation &/or content for websites & other electronic media like TV.
- Responsible for daily operations such as website maintenance, administration, troubleshooting & overall management of websites.
- Develop & execute strong creative work, think conceptually & strategically.
- Able to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Multimedia Design / Web Design.
- Required skills : Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver.
- Preferred skills : Flash, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Experience in actionscript & programming is added an advantages.
- Creative, Proactive, Self-Motivated, Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines.

Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis.
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM with 3 years' related experience in handling warehouse operation.
- Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, good self-discipline and able to work under pressure.
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must able to drive forklift.
