GSI Spare Parts Sales are available from 8.30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday. GSI offers spare parts delivery, 2-4 days for stock item, 12-24 days for non-stock item. Where a particular specification for a spare does not exist or where the spare part is no longer available, our engineers will specify alternative parts to fulfill the required performance.

Warranty : GSI warrants each spare part for 90 days from the date of shipment or for the System Warranty, whichever is longer. Should any part fail within the warranty period, please contact GSI Customer Support to obtain a return authorization number. Failure to follow this process may result in lost shipments or delays in credit processing.

Express Delivery : For very urgent cases our shipping department will find the fastest way to get the ordered parts to the farm site.
